Being Thankful

This Thanksgiving I was thankful that my future in-laws came to visit and help celebrate the holiday together. My future MIL and I coordinated a knock-out menu that included everyone's favorite Turkey Day dish and it was a success! I was also thankful for my wonderful friends and neighbors, without whom we wouldn't have had all of the appropriate dish ware for the occasion.

We shared all of our favorite places with Cameron's parents and spent as much time as we could enjoying a streak of beautiful fall weather. Mid-70's nearly every day. In November? I'll take it! The family visit was made extra special when we went to Jordan Pond Christmas Tree Farm on Friday. Cameron and I spent all day Sunday fighting off the post-family visit blues (a.k.a. homesickness) by decorating the house (subject of a future blog).
